The newest film festival "Sofia Biting Docs" comes with a selection of award-winning documentaries "biting" issues such as human rights violations, the integration of minorities in society, environmental issues, and everything from documentary that shows stories and people inform and provoke discussion.
Along with the film screenings, the festival will be organized debates and lectures that put uncomfortable for many issues. Their aim will be not so much to find solutions to problems, and to promote and to inform, in search of objectivity to answer many questions that everyone asks.
"Sofia Biting Docs" is organized by "Shame" with the assistance of the Human Rights Festival "One World" in Prague, the Czech Centre in Sofia and the "Cinema East."
