Art. 1. (Suppl. - SG. 57 2011) This law regulates the social relations associated with the management of the common parts of buildings madame sher under condominium ownership and the rights and obligations of owners, users and occupants of individual objects or parts thereof.

5. not engage in its own object or part of it with which to modify rooms, spaces, or parts thereof, intended for general use, not to infringe the architectural type, load capacity, structural stability, fire safety or safe use of the building;

(Amended - SG. 57 of 2011) shall pay the cost of repairs, reconstruction, reconstruction and renovation of the common parts of the building, replacement of common facilities or equipment and contributions designated madame sher for the "repair madame sher and renovation" in proportion to the owned common areas;
